About the role
- Lead, develop and monitor the performance of a team composed of 2 managers and 6 account executives, ensuring high engagement and results;
- Define and implement the retention and customer loyalty strategy, focusing on long-term relationships;
- Act strategically in managing the portfolio, identifying churn risks and implementing preventive action plans;
- Develop and drive cross-selling and up-selling strategies (health plans, dental, life, among others);
- Ensure excellence in consultative service, positioning the brokerage as a strategic partner to clients;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as retention, customer satisfaction (NPS), portfolio growth, recurring revenue and team performance;
- Interface with Operators, Insurers and partners, strengthening negotiations and strategic partnerships;
- Actively participate in contract renewals, complex negotiations and servicing strategic clients;
- Structure processes, workflows and commercial best practices, ensuring standardization, efficiency and scalability;
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations for senior leadership;
- Contribute to the brokerage's strategic planning, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in the benefits portfolio.
Requirements
- Solid experience in benefits brokerage;
- Proven experience managing client relationship teams;
- Strong knowledge of customer retention, cross-selling and portfolio growth strategies;
- Proficiency with relationship metrics such as churn, NPS, CSAT, among others;
- Ability to handle strategic negotiations and more complex contracts;
- Strong knowledge of benefits products (health, dental and life); additional knowledge in pension/retirement products is a plus but not mandatory;
- Good market relationships (operators and insurers);
- Strategic leadership with a focus on people development;
- Strong strategic vision and analytical thinking, with data-driven decision making;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative profile;
- Results-oriented while maintaining focus on customer experience and satisfaction;
- Ability to influence and negotiate across different hierarchical levels;
