About the role
- Support entities managed by Vitrolife Sweden in accounting, financial closing, analysis, and reporting.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Daily accounting activities and reconciliations.
- Fixed asset accounting and inventory accounting.
- Cash management and management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payroll.
- Performing closings and reporting, analysis and coordination.
- Improvement of internal processes, routines, digitalization, and workflow optimisation.
- Highly communicative role with numerous touchpoints across the organisation; collaborative and hands-on.
Requirements
- Academic background and several years of relevant experience in a similar role with qualified accounting and closing.
- Strong interest in financial systems and processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in auditing is an advantage.
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed asset accounting, and inventory accounting.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Positive, solution-oriented, proactive work approach with attention to details and focus on quality.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
