About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging global digital learning solutions based on business needs and key metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear content.
- Curate quality learning content that supports different audiences across the business, with different learning needs, through onboarding and the whole employee journey.
- Maintain audiences within the system, learning libraries and learning pathways aligned to roles, skills, and organisational priorities. Evaluate content effectiveness and retire or refresh outdated materials.
- Manage the implementation and ongoing embedding of learning systems (e.g. LXP, authoring tools, L&D and Sales Enablement tools).
- Act as a key stakeholder between learning, IT, systems, operations, and during implementation and continued embedding.
- Ensure compliance training content is well designed and set up the learning technology platform for auditing purposes.
- Build strong relationships with HR, compliance, and technical teams. Act as a trusted advisor on digital learning and learning technology.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years’ experience as a Learning Specialist
- Experience implementing and managing learning experience/management systems
- Video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Motion graphics (e.g. After Effects, Vyond, LottieFiles)
- Content creation and experience with authoring tools (e.g Articulate 360, Adobe Captive, EasyGenerator)
- Instructional design and adult learning principles
- Analytical skills; learning data, metrics, and utilising insights to drive continuous improvement
- Experience working with commercial teams and prior experience of creating learning material for sales enablement, customer success teams.
- Able to be technical and detail as well as creative story tell
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Ideal, not essential: Experience in either Fin-tech, tech, insurance or banking industries
- Ideal, not essential: Experience of working with Global teams ideally across the UK & US.
