About the role
- Identify, approach and qualify new business opportunities
- Generate high-quality meetings for Key Account Executives
- End-to-end lead generation and identification of relevant stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth initial conversations and uncover pain points
- Own the outbound strategy, developing pitch scripts and email sequences
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing
- Design processes and establish CRM ownership
Requirements
- Several years of cold outreach (outbound) experience in a B2B environment
- Ideally experience in SaaS or healthcare
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation and persistence in follow-up
- Data-driven approach and use of CRM systems for self-organization
