Bookkeeper

• You keep our books clean by reviewing receipts, performing preliminary account coding, and preparing all account groups digitally for the month-end close.
• You manage payment transactions, reconcile accounts, and handle dunning (collections) with charm and determination.
• You support month-end and year-end closings and provide the data our Controlling team, management, and investors need for strategic decisions.
• You manage our subscriptions and contracts directly in our billing platform.
• You prepare VAT advance returns and act as the direct point of contact for our tax advisor and auditors.
• You work alongside a colleague from Controlling directly with the founders and regularly coordinate with colleagues from Revenue Growth and Revenue Operations to ensure a smooth payment flow.
• Together we will take our accounting to the next level: you will build on the existing foundation and independently expand the processes we need for future growth.

Accounting Clerk, Part-time

• Systematic document manager: You keep our books accurate by reviewing source documents, performing pre-accounting, and preparing all account cycles digitally for the monthly close.
• Cashflow manager: You handle payment transactions, reconcile accounts, and manage dunning/collections in a professional but firm manner.
• Support monthly and annual closings and provide the data that management and investors use for strategic decisions.
• Manage our subscriptions and contracts directly in our billing platform.
• Prepare VAT advance returns and act as the primary contact with our tax advisor and auditors.
• Work directly with the founders and coordinate regularly to ensure smooth payment flows.
• Together we will take our accounting to the next level, and you will independently develop and expand processes.

Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeping – Part-time

• You book all transactions in the general and subsidiary ledgers (general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, banks, fixed assets) — structured and digital.
• You manage payment transactions, reconcile accounts, and handle the dunning process in a courteous but assertive manner.
• You support us with monthly and annual financial statements and provide the data our controlling team, management, and investors need for strategic decisions.
• You manage our subscriptions and contracts directly in our billing platform.
• You prepare VAT advance returns and act as the direct contact for our tax advisor and auditors.
• You work together with a colleague from Controlling directly with the founders and regularly exchange information with colleagues from Revenue Growth and Revenue Operations to ensure smooth payment flows.
• You build on the existing foundation and independently develop the processes we need for our future growth.
