💰 $95,000 - $135,000 per year
About the role
- Provide ongoing management, education, support and enhancement to VitalConnect’s Compliance Program
- Monitor compliance with the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
- Participate in the development and regular review of system-wide programs, policies, and procedures
- Research, revise and adopt appropriate policies and procedures to comply with the HIPAA Privacy Rule
- Receive and respond to complaints of alleged non-compliance
- Manage programs that require sign-off or certifications
- Oversee the production of annual reports and reporting for Open Payment/Sunshine Act
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of healthcare management experience
- Leadership and management experience
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and other communications skills
- Must be self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills
- Skilled in use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software.
