• Daily order entry, order scheduling, and post-shipment processing by region, team, sales representative, and/or market
• Regularly collaborate cross-departmentally to support the Sales function
• High-level administrative and critical-thinking tasks, including updating and entering data across multiple platforms
• Assisting with account management for multi-site accounts
• Vetting clinician information and setting up account-specific report delivery preferences for healthcare facilities
• Managing sensitive information while complying with HIPAA’s minimum requirement
• Daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting as required by leadership
