About the role

  • Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships
  • Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans in assigned territory and accounts
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understanding customer business needs, objectives and decision making process
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to establish clear sales strategies
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience as sales executive, sales manager or sales director; meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from open to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position Visualfabriq products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years of sales /commercial work experience in CPG/FMCG industry in EMEA and preferably USA.
  • Warm network of decision makers in CPG/FMCG Industry in FMCG industry in EMEA and preferably USA.
