About the role
- Responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans in assigned territory and accounts
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understanding customer business needs, objectives and decision making process
- Partner closely with senior leadership to establish clear sales strategies
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience as sales executive, sales manager or sales director; meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from open to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position Visualfabriq products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years of sales /commercial work experience in CPG/FMCG industry in EMEA and preferably USA.
- Warm network of decision makers in CPG/FMCG Industry in FMCG industry in EMEA and preferably USA.
