About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- Act as advisor to clients on corporate secretarial matters
- Coach and review the work of junior team members
- Provide good client service, ensuring prompt responses to requests
- Attend board/committee meetings and record meeting minutes
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB qualification
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the Corporate Secretarial Field
- Good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and SGX Listing Rules
- Strong interpersonal, communication, written, and customer service skills
- A leader and team player with can-do attitude
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines
