About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB qualification
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the Corporate Secretarial Field
  • Good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and SGX Listing Rules
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, written, and customer service skills
  • A leader and team player with can-do attitude
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines
