About the role
- Assist on standard matters related with all the Tax Regulatory Services.
- Assist the client servicing units/teams with Regulatory matters in their everyday work.
- Promote effective/efficient professional communication.
- Maintain a good understanding of tax regulatory requirements and legal documents.
- Take part in development of the team members by efficient coaching and helping to prepare relevant trainings.
- Assist with complex technical matters reported by team members.
- Be responsible for the client follow up.
- Ensure the preparation of the work on time with the required level of quality.
- Support the team’s management in the day-to-day operation.
- Seek for the development of the department in line with the objectives.
- Seek for a high quality of services and communication.
- Get acquainted with client needs when performing Regulatory analysis and develop technical research capabilities.
- Work closely and effectively with the client servicing units/teams and support departments.
- Understand all the necessary to have Vistra Group and clients perform according to relevant Compliance rules.
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures.
- Keep himself well informed on professional and organizational developments and news.
Requirements
- Minimm 3 years’ experience in Luxembourg tax Regulatory
- Fluent in English and French or German
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Good communication and organisational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive with a client service orientated attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Ability to solve problems and work independently and as a member of a team
