About the role

  • Provide a professional reception service by greeting and welcoming staff, visitors and customers, offering assistance and direction as required.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls by answering, screening and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the uploading of DHL courier to the DHL website.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Provide an FM Helpdesk function at the reception to deal with all facilities related issues, requests, and queries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order office supplies (stationery, pantry, and boardroom) and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as boardroom & meeting room bookings, filing, photocopying and transcribing.
  • Taxi booking for visitors and Senior Management.
  • Support business operations by completing additional tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
