About the role
- Lead comprehensive process analysis and mapping for all activities involved in forming and maintaining legal entities in offshore jurisdictions
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and streamlining of manual processes to reduce turnaround times and operational costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, legal, and business units to design, test, and implement automated workflows and digital solutions
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed process improvements and technology investments
- Oversee project management for transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor and report on process performance metrics, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting offshore incorporations and legal entity management
- Foster a culture of innovation, change management, and process excellence within the Global Incorporations team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or automation roles, ideally within legal, financial, or professional services
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end process optimization projects and implementing digital solutions
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with automation technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, workflow automation tools) and digital platforms
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment
