About the role

  • Liaise with business partners, clients and statutory agencies to identify system changes from projects and enhancements
  • Produce work proposals with overviews and cost estimates where external sign-off is required
  • Produce business systems requirements specifications defining translation of business requirements into system changes
  • Analyse and specify system interfaces for HR and in-country payroll systems, including bespoke client interfaces
  • Participate in business case decision making, project prioritisation and maintenance of the product Roadmap
  • Hold design discussions with developers and review design documentation
  • Deliver automation and efficiency initiatives to improve margin
  • Perform end user training and demonstrate solution features/capabilities
  • Become a subject matter expert for products/solutions and evolve knowledge as product develops

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Business System Analytics experience
  • Experience in the payroll, financial or human capital management field
  • Experience of performing the business systems analyst role for a cloud-based SaaS solution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients to understand needs and translate them into business systems requirements
  • Ability to communicate business systems requirements to technical and non-technical teams
  • Interest in creating technical requirements to enhance and simplify user experience
  • Ability to deliver automation and efficiency initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the organization and influence stakeholders
  • Experience of all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience producing specifications for financial systems in a SaaS and/or cloud environment
  • Experience analysing and specifying system interfaces from HR systems and country payroll systems
  • Proven skills in end user training of systems features
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel / Word)
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection impacts on systems
  • Experience with tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, MS Teams, Box, Adobe
  • Industry equivalent qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar (desirable)
  • Additional language skills (desirable)
