About the role
- Lead end-to-end quantitative research initiatives that guide strategic decision-making across our product ecosystem. You’ll own complex survey design, UX benchmarking, segmentation studies, and advanced analytics.
- Shape research strategy by identifying the right questions, methodologies, and tools to uncover actionable insights, with an emphasis on scaled, data-informed decision-making.
- Partner deeply across functions—including Product Management, Data Science, Brand, and Design—to embed quantitative research into every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Drive mixed-methods thinking by integrating large-scale quantitative insights with qualitative findings, in partnership with other researchers on the team.
- Champion research communication by building compelling narratives through data storytelling, dashboards, and data-driven presentations that inspire action.
- Mentor and coach other researchers and contribute to research ops and capability-building across the team
Requirements
- Professional experience - approx. 5+ years of professional experience in research, with at least 2+ years of user research experience, Deep expertise in quantitative UX methods and strategic influence at a product or portfolio level.
- Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserZoom, Alchemer), analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, BigQuery), and statistical tools (e.g., R, SPSS, Python, Excel).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear insights, and insights into strategic product direction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional research projects with executive visibility.
- Strong collaboration and partner management skills—you’re as comfortable discussing metrics with data science as you are coaching a designer through an A/B test.
- A product and customer-centric attitude; you approach problems with curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward action
