About the role
- Join VistaPrint's Legal Group, manage day-to-day customs operations and support growth through identifying opportunities and issues within the supply chain and customs process
- Use HTS datasets, classify new products, complete compliance audits, and prepare broker reviews with KPIs
- Interface with customs brokers and internal customers; maintain records of customs entry files and documentation
- Identify cost savings opportunities through Free Trade Agreements
- Collaborate with internal Customs and Global Trade teams to influence solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Post-secondary accreditations.
- Experience in classification in the Harmonized Tariff (HTS) system.
- Experience or knowledge of importing/exporting in international trade.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong analytic, problem solving and triage skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Travel < 20%
