Prospect and qualify new clients that employ 20-500 office workers across various industries, utilizing phone and video demonstrations
Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit monthly targets
Present to and consultatively sell to C-Suite executives, Purchasing Managers, Office Managers, Owners, and individuals who purchase print materials and promotional items on behalf of the organization
Provide a smooth transition from first interaction to customer agreement to account handoff to our Account Management Teams
Work with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify industry trends and prioritize customer feedback
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related field
1-3 years of sales-related experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
A self-motivated, strong influencing, results-oriented mindset
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are a must.
