About the role
- Act as the key point of contact for clients in Tunisia and the MENA region
- Oversee project lifecycles and ensure successful technical project execution
- Manage communications between stakeholders and translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
- Drive strategic initiatives to foster client engagement and satisfaction
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals to achieve client objectives and deliver superior results
- Support expansion of Everything To Gain’s operations/footprint in Tunisia and MENA
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or similar client-facing roles
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes and experience working with development teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and standard CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client demands
- Bonus: Experience in the tech industry and Great English
