About the role

  • Act as the key point of contact for clients in Tunisia and the MENA region
  • Oversee project lifecycles and ensure successful technical project execution
  • Manage communications between stakeholders and translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive strategic initiatives to foster client engagement and satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals to achieve client objectives and deliver superior results
  • Support expansion of Everything To Gain’s operations/footprint in Tunisia and MENA

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes and experience working with development teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and standard CRM platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client demands
  • Bonus: Experience in the tech industry and Great English
