About the role

  • Conduct process studies and process mapping, applying quality and project management tools based on best practices and project methodologies
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and tracking and reporting of initiative savings
  • Prepare documentation, procedures, and training materials
  • Manage a roadmap of initiatives, including projects and experiments, providing status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure processes are implemented in line with compliance principles
  • Conduct Loss Tree analyses, Loss Prevention / Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement activities
  • Train and disseminate process-management best practices to internal teams

Requirements

  • Experience in project management and process improvement
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Figma, etc.
  • Knowledge of and certifications in project methodologies such as Lean, Scrum, Six Sigma, PMBOK, etc.
  • Analytical mindset and business acumen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields
