Systems Engineer

• You lay the foundation for smart decisions: As a Data Engineer – Automotive (m/f/d) you build and maintain the data infrastructure that makes our automotive projects possible.
• You develop robust pipelines, ensure clean, reliable and high-performance data flows, creating the foundation on which analyses, models and decisions for the next generation of vehicles are built.
• In close collaboration with data analysts, data scientists and our OEM partners, you design data architectures that scale with requirements — from connecting new data sources and automating ETL processes to optimizing existing systems.
• You keep scalability, data quality and performance in focus, thereby directly contributing to bringing advanced vehicle systems to production faster and more reliably.
• You analyze, model and document project-specific tasks — from concept to report.
• You process data independently, perform preprocessing and transform data into usable structures.

Customer Success Manager

• Responsibility for the development of customers and their energy portfolios.
• Ensuring that individual assets become scalable, commercially successful hybrid power plants and that existing customers are continuously developed.
• Rapid activation of new customers: 85% of all new customers start actively marketing their energy assets within 8 weeks of signing the contract.
• Growth within the existing customer portfolio: 40% of existing customers expand their energy portfolio annually with additional assets or new energy products.
• Building and expanding energy portfolios: at least 20 new assets (PV, green energy storage, HPC (High-Power Charging)) are integrated into existing customer portfolios each quarter.
• Active development of customer relationships: at least 10 structured portfolio reviews per month with customers to identify growth and optimization potential.
• Continuous growth of the energy portfolio: the actively marketed customer portfolio (MW) steadily increases through new assets, storage, and hybrid power plants.

Data Specialist

• Als Data Intelligence Specialist bist du die Schlüsselperson, die aus Daten klare Insights macht.
• Du bearbeitest Analyse-Tickets eigenverantwortlich – von der Konzeption über die Datenaufbereitung bis hin zum Report.
• Mit deiner Arbeit stellst du sicher, dass Analysen korrekt, vollständig und termingerecht abgeschlossen sind und unsere Kunden umsetzbare Ergebnisse in die Hand bekommen.
• Du analysierst, modellierst und dokumentierst auftragsbezogene Aufgaben – vom Konzept bis zum Report.
• Dein Ziel: ≥ 95 % der Analyse-Tickets werden fristgerecht abgeschlossen.
• Du verarbeitest Daten eigenständig, führst Preprocessing durch und transformierst Daten in verwertbare Strukturen.
• Deine Anspruch: Analysen vollständig, korrekt und nachvollziehbar dokumentieren – beim ersten Review zu ≥ 95 % korrekt.
• Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und formulierst Ergebnisse so, dass sie sofort nutzbar sind.
• Dein Beitrag: Umsetzbare Insights erzeugen, die bei unseren Kunden einen Zufriedenheitswert ≥ 8,5/10 erreichen.
• Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Analyseprozesse, Dokumentationsstandards und Methoden mit.
