About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for the development of customers and their energy portfolios.
- Ensuring that individual assets become scalable, commercially successful hybrid power plants and that existing customers are continuously developed.
- Rapid activation of new customers: 85% of all new customers start actively marketing their energy assets within 8 weeks of signing the contract.
- Growth within the existing customer portfolio: 40% of existing customers expand their energy portfolio annually with additional assets or new energy products.
- Building and expanding energy portfolios: at least 20 new assets (PV, green energy storage, HPC (High-Power Charging)) are integrated into existing customer portfolios each quarter.
- Active development of customer relationships: at least 10 structured portfolio reviews per month with customers to identify growth and optimization potential.
- Continuous growth of the energy portfolio: the actively marketed customer portfolio (MW) steadily increases through new assets, storage, and hybrid power plants.

- You convince with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively drive topics forward instead of waiting for instructions.
- You excel in communication with your customers — you speak the language of the energy sector fluently and can explain complex topics clearly.
- You have a strong affinity for data, markets, and systems and use these to make well-founded decisions.
- You have experience in the energy sector, e.g. in power trading, direct marketing, energy sales, storage or PV projects, charging infrastructure, or energy services.
- You hold a degree or vocational qualification in energy economics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
