About the role

  • Guide new customers through the onboarding journey, from kick-off to go-live.
  • Configure and tailor the software solution to meet customer requirements.
  • Lead product training sessions, virtually or on-site.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
  • Help ensure long-term customer success and high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Proactively monitor progress and continuously improve onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS or hospitality/booking technology environment, system configuration and integrations is highly valued.
  • 2–4 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, training, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable working with property management, booking, or other hospitality systems.
  • Experience with our core platforms, VisBook and/or BookVisit, will be highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or project management tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Asana, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • The ability to analyze and interpret customer data to guide usage, identify risks, and support successful onboarding outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
  • A customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Swedish and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are required.
