Account Manager

• Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of SAP Business One clients across Western Canada.
• Inherit and develop an established portfolio of ERP clients, focusing on strengthening relationships, expanding solutions, and identifying new opportunities that support client growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with client executives and operational leaders to understand their evolving business priorities and identify solutions that support their growth.
• Primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for assigned clients, building trusted partnerships with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Regularly engage with CFOs, CIOs, and operational leadership teams, helping them align technology investments with long-term business strategy.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts by aligning Vision33 solutions with client business objectives and regional ARR targets.
• Develop and execute structured account plans that support both client success and regional revenue goals.
• Ensure long-term client success by proactively managing relationships, addressing challenges, and aligning internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, account forecasting, and performance reporting to support regional growth targets.
• Work closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure clients receive maximum value from Vision33’s solutions and services.
