About the role

  • Install, support, and maintain Vision RT product range.
  • Perform site surveys ensuring all aspects of installation requirements are met in line with Vision RT processes and procedures.
  • Provide reactive breakdown support (remote and on site).
  • Provide planned maintenance/ upgrade support (remote and on site).
  • Plan and perform installations in line with Vision RT installation processes & procedures.
  • Liaise with customers and our installers.

Requirements

  • Technically qualified experienced field engineer
  • Hardware Diagnostic experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and PC hardware skills including replacing PC components.
  • Windows 10 and Windows 7; Registry editing; TCP IP Networking; Windows Updates; Com Ports; Firewalls; OS Upgrades; using Windows Images.
  • Trouble shooting utilising Event Viewer; Error Logs; Debug etc.
  • Overview knowledge of firewalls and configuration.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a cross functional teams.
  • SQL
  • Medical Devices, ideally Medical Imaging or Radiotherapy
