About the role
- Troubleshoot and resolve PLC, drive and robotics issues on-site
- Commission, integrate, and modify PLCs (SIEMENS, Allen Bradley) and robotic systems
- Perform diagnostics and optimize system performance
- Maintain robotic systems for smooth operations at customer locations
- Collaborate with teams in the US and Germany for system reliability
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and address customer inquiries
- Train and assist customers in system functionality and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering preferred
- One year of experience in a similar position is a plus
- Experience with PLCs (SIEMENS, Allen Bradley) and drives
- Strong troubleshooting skills for PLCs
- Knowledge of robotic systems (industrial robots e.g. Yaskawa, Fanuc, ABB) is a plus
- Basic LabView knowledge for troubleshooting is a plus
- Proficiency in Windows (Network, Office, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English (technical proficiency)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
