About the role
- Oversees the day-to-day management of client projects
- Mentors and supports the growth of individual team members
- Leads the analysis, design, and implementation of customized solutions
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Consults with clients on current workflows and configurations
- Prepares and presents reports, leads key client meetings, and delivers presentations
- Monitors team performance and provides feedback and coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience working with healthcare providers on strategic and operational initiatives
- 3 years in managing others
- Demonstrated experience in making effective presentations to all levels of management
- Good judgement, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Strong client relationship, interpersonal, and team skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative with a strong team orientation
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
