About the role

  • Focus on Alibaba products: You are responsible for selling Alibaba products and positioning them strategically with potential new clients.
  • Cold outreach with real support: You actively contact pre-qualified companies provided by our specialized lead generation team. You focus fully on driving conversations and closing sales – additional research is possible but not required.
  • Identify potential & persuade: You can detect prospects' needs and convince them with suitable solutions from our portfolio.
  • Conduct effective calls: With a high call volume and a clear structure, you lead goal-oriented phone conversations – professionally, convincingly, and engagingly.
  • Professional presentations: You design initial meetings and digital presentations to build long-term, profitable client relationships.

Requirements

  • Sales experience: You have previous active sales experience – for example in telesales, field sales, or inside B2B sales – and you want to grow deliberately.
  • Customer orientation & closing skills: You can excite prospects, spot sales opportunities, and confidently close deals.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills: You communicate messages clearly and precisely, work solution- and priority-oriented, and have professional German language skills, plus fluent English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Comfort with technology: Digital tools are a means to an end for you – you use them to sell better and more efficiently.
  • Drive & ambition: You want more – professionally, financially, and personally. For you, sales aren’t just a job but a stage to showcase your strengths.
