Develop and execute the value delivery strategy for our core banking platform, focused on real-time payment rails (NPP, FPS, SEPA, UPI, RTP, FedNow,... )
Develop and monitor our product solutions throughout their entire life cycle and ensure product quality, including non-functional aspects such as: integrity, resilience and scalability
Evaluate, together with engineering and business development, the approaches available to implement the product roadmap: build, partner, buy
Prioritize and manage the product evolution backlog
Work together and monitor engineering deliveries using agile models
Cooperate with other teams to develop 'cross squads' evolutions
Provide technical and business expertise to address customer inquiries and concerns
Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements
Assist in product demonstrations, presentations, and RFP responses during pre-sales engagements
Monitor market trends, regulatory framework changes and competitive landscape to identify and suggest improvements or new positioning of our products
Research and evaluate third-party solutions that can complement Pismo's platform
Requirements
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) OR 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Relevant experience with at least one real-time payment rail: NPP, FPS, SEPA, UPI, RTP, FedNow, etc.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one core banking platform
Experience of working in an agile environment using tools such as Jira, Miro
Working knowledge of APIs, Postman, and AWS cloud computing environment (preferred)
Experience of working with international teams in different time zones (preferred)
