About the role
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports, including pipeline, forecasts, quota attainment, and KPI tracking.
- Deliver executive-ready insights to support sales leadership, including pipeline health, forecast risk, and performance trends.
- Partner with the Sales Operations Manager to support CRO-level reporting and analysis for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Conduct variance and performance driver analysis, providing clear recommendations to inform leadership decisions.
- Support strategic initiatives such as market segmentation, revenue optimization, and scenario modeling.
- Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and workflows to ensure scalability.
- Assist in deploying and optimizing sales methodologies, operating rhythms, and planning cadences (e.g., QBRs, pipeline reviews).
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements aligned with organizational growth.
- Maintain high data quality standards within CRM and related sales technologies.
- Own Salesforce governance and day-to-day administration for GA Sales, including user management, profiles/permission sets, roles, queues, and territory settings, in partnership with Business Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas).
- Experience working with Salesforce required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BI or analytics tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with forecasting, quota setting, and sales compensation concepts.
- Experience supporting high-growth sales organizations.
- Working knowledge of sales planning tools is a plus.
- Exposure to predictive analytics or scenario modeling for sales forecasting.
- Salesforce Admin experience in a multi‑region sales org; Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) certification preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and Flow; familiarity with SOQL and data import tools (Data Loader / Data Import Wizard).
- Experience connecting Salesforce datasets to Power BI (Power Query/DAX) and maintaining certified semantic models.
