About the role

  • Search for candidates using different sources and tools (IT and non-IT vacancies);
  • Negotiation with potential candidates, screen CVs;
  • Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews;
  • Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;
  • Manage and develop relationships with candidates, maintain a database of candidates;
  • Create job offers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (game dev will be a plus);
  • Experience with various recruiting technologies;
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation and objection-handling skills;
  • Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology;
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
  • At least Upper — Intermediate English level.
