About the role
- Search for candidates using different sources and tools (IT and non-IT vacancies);
- Negotiation with potential candidates, screen CVs;
- Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews;
- Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;
- Manage and develop relationships with candidates, maintain a database of candidates;
- Create job offers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (game dev will be a plus);
- Experience with various recruiting technologies;
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation and objection-handling skills;
- Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology;
- Attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
- At least Upper — Intermediate English level.
