- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing the recruitment process to identify top talent in healthcare
- Identifying candidates for clients’ open requisitions/roles
- Maintaining communication and relationships with candidates and clients
- Conducting virtual video interviews with candidates via Google Meet
- Sourcing candidates from job boards & platforms (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, DocCafe)
- Coordinating site visits for candidates with clients
- Logging activity & administrative work in Airtable
