Oversee and execute all core bookkeeping and general accounting functions, including month-end and year-end close
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
Handle specialized financial control tasks, including the entire Purchase Order Process, Expense and Expense Reimbursement management, and Client Account Auditing
Provide weekly reporting to leadership and detailed financial reporting directly to the CFO
Manage expense management systems and accurately process payroll
Ensure attention to detail and maintain thorough, organized records across all financial operations
Requirements
Thorough, independent experience in a high-level accounting or controller-type role is mandatory
Expertise in Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) is the most crucial skill
Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple complex accounting duties independently
Professional experience managing a diverse set of accounting duties (Controller, Bookkeeping, A/P, A/R) is required.
Proven proficiency with QBO (QuickBooks Online)
Direct experience using financial management and expense software, including Approval Max, Expensify, Ramp, and Bill.com
Familiarity with the Teamwork platform is a plus
