About the role

  • - Update and maintain client and property databases (Box & Dice or similar platforms).
  • - Perform spam checks, merge duplicate contacts, and flag issues in “My Contacts”.
  • - Update stocklists and record sold properties (non-auction results).
  • - Maintain accuracy and consistency of database information.
  • - Support team members with general sales administration tasks as required.
  • - Follow established processes and procedures to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

  • - Proven data entry experience with close attention to detail.
  • - Experience using Box & Dice or other real estate database platforms preferred.
  • - Problem-solving skills and the ability to flag data issues appropriately.
  • - Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, GSuite).
  • - Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy under minimal supervision.
  • - Strong written English communication skills.
