About the role
- Lead or support the deployment, configuration, and post-implementation support of Workday Payroll solutions
- Partner with client Payroll leads to analyze, enhance, and expand existing Payroll configurations and business processes
- Manage functional adjustments and configuration updates while evaluating downstream impacts across modules
- Support clients in troubleshooting payroll issues and optimizing system performance
- Collaborate closely with internal and client teams across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking to ensure seamless integrations and accurate processing
- Prioritize and respond to client cases, maintaining a high level of service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration, including US/Canadian Payroll
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and reporting in the US context
- Proven ability to review, analyze, and refine existing payroll configurations and processes
- Proficiency in Workday modules related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
- Workday Certification required
- Fluent in English
