About the role

  • Assist with the recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
  • Draft and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates using databases, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions as necessary.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Work closely with the team and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions on recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on recruitment processes, candidate assessment techniques, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • High degree of judgment and independent decision-making skills.
