Renders VT/VrT/Vlog services by reviewing, editing, and optimizing video tours and video blogs for the client’s marketing purposes.
Posts virtual tours on the client’s Google My Business page and, when applicable, on other social media platforms and websites to support marketing and SEO initiatives.
Assists in managing clients’ Google My Business pages and YouTube accounts to ensure accurate and updated content.
Prepares Property Condition Reports in accordance with established guidelines and requirements.
Performs additional services and/or prepares other reports as may be required from time to time, whether related or unrelated to the primary obligations.

Requirements

College level with at least one (1) year of work-related experience, with basic knowledge of PC usage and internet navigation.
With prior experience in proofreading, transcribing, and writing.
Ability to learn, understand, and apply applicable guidelines or special instructions set by the client and/or the state or province covering the client’s location.
Meets expectations on attendance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other company policies.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a time-conscious and efficient manner.
