About the role

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator supporting senior-level operations.
  • Proven experience with dynamic/variable pricing software (e.g., PriceLabs, Airbnb Smart Pricing, Expedia) and short-term rental or property management operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
