About the role

  • Own delivery across complex, enterprise consulting engagements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships

Requirements

  • 8+ years in consulting or professional services, leading delivery in enterprise environments
  • Has owned the success of large, complex programs, including when things didn’t go to plan
  • Can point to accounts they've grown through delivery, not sales
  • Thrives in fast-moving, lean environments
  • Is credible with both executives and engineers
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity, pushback, and setting boundaries
  • Has experience managing account financials, delivery teams, and internal operations
