About the role
- Own and drive sales for VirtaMed simulators and services within the Northeast Region to new and current customers.
- Sell across multiple specialties including Orthopedics, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Urology, and future specialties as introduced.
- Achieve annual revenue goals defined by the company.
- Generate new sales opportunities through field sales activities, cold calling, attending local and national conferences, and building networks.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including sales funnel updates and account notes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales in Medical Device sales, or Regional Sales Manager
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Self-motivated, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new relationships.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40–50%) for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or related medical field.
