About the role
- Drive new business sales of VirtaMed simulators and services across hospitals, universities, and healthcare institutions
- Focus on new account acquisition, relationship development with key decision-makers, and revenue growth across multiple clinical specialties
- Own and drive sales for VirtaMed simulators and services within the Southeast Region to new and current customers
- Achieve annual revenue goals defined by the company
- Generate new sales opportunities through field sales activities, cold calling, and outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with Customer Success Team to drive customer engagement and make strategic introductions to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales in Medical Device sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholder levels
- Self-motivated, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new relationships
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40–50%) for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or related medical field
