About the role

  • Drive new business sales of VirtaMed simulators and services across hospitals, universities, and healthcare institutions
  • Focus on new account acquisition, relationship development with key decision-makers, and revenue growth across multiple clinical specialties
  • Own and drive sales for VirtaMed simulators and services within the Southeast Region to new and current customers
  • Achieve annual revenue goals defined by the company
  • Generate new sales opportunities through field sales activities, cold calling, and outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Team to drive customer engagement and make strategic introductions to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales in Medical Device sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholder levels
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new relationships
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40–50%) for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or related medical field
