About the role
- Plan and lead onboarding kick-off meetings to align on customer goals, scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Create and manage detailed onboarding project plans, coordinating with internal teams.
- Understand customer use cases, configure product according to agreed requirements, and support them through hardware commissioning and go-live.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and develop clear onboarding materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer service, technical support, or implementation
- Experience as a trainer is a strong advantage
- A proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in parallel
- Experience with HubSpot is an advantage
- Professional proficiency in English, French, and German (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of EV technology and energy solutions is a significant asset
- Willingness to travel and work with customers across different time zones as needed
