About the role
- Working under our HRIS Leader; partner with People, HRIS, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Workday, ensuring data integrity and scalable processes.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable people analytics solutions, including dashboards and reports that surface insights across the employee lifecycle.
- Perform advanced data analysis to support workforce planning, organizational health, DEI insights, compensation, and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to support leaders and People partners.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and communicate findings in a way that drives action.
- Establish best practices for people data governance, documentation, and self-service analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related data analytics role.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise
- Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, or maintaining Workday.
- Strong technical data analysis skills, including experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, scaling organization.
