• Responsibility for the testing laboratories within the Material Testing Business Unit in Germany
• Organizational and disciplinary leadership of the plant managers and/or managing directors of the individual sites
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities (new industries, customer segments, tenders, etc.)
• Promote cross-selling and collaboration within the Business Unit and across the entire corporate group
• Strengthen market presence and actively support sales
• Ensure adherence to budgets and business plans
