About the role
- Operational Purchasing: You process orders with our more than 250 partners (winemakers, wineries, importers) worldwide and monitor delivery dates and stock levels.
- Master Data Management: You maintain and optimize our product and supplier data in our ERP system (Odoo).
- Costing & Pricing: You create complex cost calculations, monitor margins and support pricing for international multichannel sales.
- Import & Logistics: You coordinate the flow of goods, handle import procedures and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with our tech team to continuously improve purchasing processes through smart automation.
Requirements
- Structured thinkers who combine commercial precision with a passion for digital tools.
- Qualified career starters are as welcome as experienced professionals with relevant work experience.
- Completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (or a comparable commercial qualification).
- Modern office skills: You are completely confident using digital tools (Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems, cloud solutions).
- You enjoy deep work and can focus intensely on complex data maintenance and calculations.
- Wine, spirits and good food are both a passion and an area of expertise for you.
- You have native-level German and communicate confidently in English with our international partners.
