About the role

  • You handle orders with our more than 250 partners (winemakers, wineries, importers) worldwide and monitor delivery dates and inventory levels.
  • You maintain and optimize our product and supplier data in our ERP system (Odoo).
  • You create complex cost and margin calculations, keep an eye on margins and support pricing for international multichannel sales.
  • You coordinate the flow of goods, manage import procedures and ensure our supply chain runs smoothly.
  • You work closely with our tech team to continuously improve purchasing processes through smart automations.

Requirements

  • Structured thinkers who combine commercial precision with a digital mindset.
  • Completed vocational training as a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Merchant (or a comparable commercial qualification).
  • Modern office skills: You are highly confident using digital tools (Google Workspace/Sheets, ERP systems, cloud solutions).
  • Structured working style: You enjoy "deep work" and can focus intensively on complex data maintenance and calculations.
  • Passion for food & drink: Wine, spirits and good food are both a passion and an area of expertise for you.
  • Communication skills: German at native level and confident English for communication with our international partners.
