About the role

  • Process design & automation: You analyze routine processes such as shipment status inquiries or transport damage with the aim of making them more efficient through intelligent automation together with our IT team. This creates space for higher-value activities.
  • Excellent customer consulting: You use your time for high-quality written advice. You inspire our customers across Europe with well-founded recommendations on wine and enjoyment, as well as precise answers.
  • Interdisciplinary interface: You act as a translator between worlds. You provide valuable insights on customer trends to Marketing and document technical requirements clearly for our development team.
  • Operational problem-solving: You keep an overview of daily operations. When logistical issues arise, you proactively pick up the phone and clarify matters directly with partners to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer.
  • Knowledge management: You maintain and expand our information resources (FAQ) proactively to provide our customers with first-class self-service options around the clock.
  • Team-building perspective: With the right aptitude and commitment, you will gradually take on more responsibility, shape structures, and build your own customer service team.
