Accountant

• Play a key role in month-end accounting close process
• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements for Vimly corporate accounts
• Assist with debt covenant reporting and parent-company reporting
• Assist finance team leadership in the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of required accounting systems, procedures, and controls
• Prepare ledgers and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Engage in research, work to identify and resolve discrepancies, research balances, and assist in variance reporting
• Prepare disbursements for vendors
• Occasionally review disbursements prepared by others
• Audit preparation
• Assist operations teams with payment processing errors
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax remittances and license maintenance
• Assist with periodic compliance reporting requirements as needed
• Assist with 1099 Preparation
