Product Manager

• Develop and implement a holistic portfolio and service strategy for your category, ensuring alignment with Sales, R&D, Purchasing, and Supply Chain strategies.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle – from idea generation and development to market launch and phase-out.
• Monitor KPIs (sales volume, revenue, margin, market share) to continuously optimize the portfolio.
• Analyze market and customer needs, identify trends, and derive concrete growth initiatives.
• Lead new product development in close cooperation with R&D, Production, and external partners.
• Ensure successful product launches through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams.
