About the role
- Process and manage files related to employee careers, administrative positions and absenteeism
- Prepare and draft administrative and regulatory documents
- Act as a liaison with relevant organizations and administrative authorities
- Inform employees and services
- Enter payroll-related data for assigned staff
- Review and proofread payroll
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual social contribution declarations
- Execute payroll and social charges payment orders
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the territorial public service status
- Experience in career management and payroll within a local authority
- Experience with CIRIL RH and CIRIL Finances software
- Strong analytical and summarizing skills and excellent written communication
- Proficiency with standard IT tools and office software
- Strict adherence to deadlines and timelines
- Ability to anticipate needs, set priorities and react promptly
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Absolute duty of discretion and confidentiality
