About the role
- Contribute to the IT effectiveness of organizational activities by analyzing, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the features of applications, software, and packaged solutions used in operations or projects
- Examples: video court appearance system, recording system, online payment system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in Computer Science or another relevant field
- 2 years of experience related to the position's responsibilities, specifically in analysis and support of various technical solutions
- Configuration/parameterization of a packaged software solution or other technology solution
- Knowledge of the steps involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to information systems
- Experience writing documentation and developing technical and functional requirements for a request for proposal (RFP)
- Familiarity with technology architecture concepts is preferred
