• Recruit, train, support, and develop volunteer leaders and teams
• Foster a strong culture of serving, appreciation, and teamwork
• Help create excellent guest experiences for Sunday services and major events
• Collaborate on ministry planning, scheduling, strategy, and budgeting
• Lead and support ministry events and volunteer onboarding experiences
• Maintain accurate volunteer records and communication through Village Church platforms
• Support emergency preparedness and serve as Incident Coordinator
• Manage ministry supplies and equipment
• Participate in Village-wide events, leadership development, and regional collaboration
• Step into leadership support roles as needed
